PHILOSOPHY
We know that the sign industry has a reputation for ‘getting it done when it gets done’. We believe your deadline is important and if we offer a job by a certain time, we will make that schedule. Charlotte Sign Company is founded on one philosophy. Beautiful signs at an affordable price. We are proud to offer vibrant signs that are guaranteed to catch people’s attention and make them take notice.
Consultation to Installation, We Handle Everything!
Initial Consultation
We are committed to delivering outstanding customer service, beginning with your free initial on-site consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your goals for your signage, your vision, and provide you with ideas, options, and suggestions for how we can create the perfect attention-grabbing sign for your needs.
Sign Design
Once we have completed the consultation and have a firm grasp on your signage ideas and goals, your project will be turned over to our experienced sign designers. Our graphic design department will produce a sample proof or “mock-up” so that you can get an idea of what your completed project will look like, and allow you to make any changes, edits, or adjustments you would like included in your final product.
Sign Production
Once you have approved your sample, your project will be handed off to our expert sign manufacturing team, where your custom sign, banner, wrap, or graphic will be manufactured on-site using our high-performance, state of the art sign making equipment. The lead time required for sign production is based on the complexity of your build and will be discussed with you prior to fabrication.
Sign Installation
Once your sign has been created, the only thing left is the installation of your new signage. We handle all components of sign installation, including obtaining relevant permits and ensuring compliance with any city codes. Unlike national sign companies, we are very familiar with Charlotte’s signage regulations, meaning we will never produce a sign that won’t be permitted for use at your location.
All your needs
We are a complete provider of marketing signage for your business. This includes indoor signs and graphics, outdoor signs, vinyl signs, vehicle wraps, trade show display graphics, banners, wall murals. We have the necessary tools and resources to help you get your business and brand noticed.
